General Terms & Conditions

  • A €2,000 deposit secures your place at registration, with the balance due 1 May 2026.

    Payment is accepted online via credit card and bank transfer.

  • A refundable €300 security deposit is collected to cover unforeseen expenses including medical care beyond basic first aid, damage to school property, or non-standard airport transfers.

    • Before 1 June 2026: Full refund minus €500 administrative fee

    • After 1 June 2026: No refund available

    Absences do not qualify for a refund.

  • French law requires all children in collective structures (schools, camps, etc,) to be vaccinated for DTP-IPV / DTaP-IPV (1) and MMR (2).  Please have your child's proof of vaccination ready to complete the ‘medical questionnaire’ section of this registration form.

    (1) DTP / DTaP -IPV : Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (acellulare), Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine

    (2) MMR : Measles, Mumps & Rubella

  • Please note that insurance is not included in the registration fee. You must provide proof of travel insurance covering medical expenses by 1 June 2026 at the latest.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The AI Camp is in French, though the instructors do have knowledge in English. It is for students from ages 11 to 17. No language assessment is required. Prior knowledge of coding and AI is necessary to thrive in the program.

  • AI Campers will be able to enjoy all of the sports installations of Ecole des Roches (swimming pool, tennis, track, paddle), the activities proposed every day (games, cooking, arts & crafts) and will go on two outings per week with all of the Summer camp students.

  • In accordance with French regulations on childcare in schools and extra-curricular activities, all children attending the summer camp must have proof of mandatory vaccinations (BCG and DTP).

  • Session 1 begins on June 29th, 2026, Session 2 begins on July 12th, 2026

  • Yes, it is all-inclusive.

  • We provide a standard airport transfer service on June 28th, July 12th and July 26th, 2026 at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport from 11 am to 3pm.

    We also offer departures from Ecole des Roches on July 12th, July 26th, and August 9th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport.

    Any transfer on another date or time slot will be charged 400€.

    Any early arrival or late departure resulting in extra days on campus will be charged € 140 per student.
