A Day at the Summer Camp - Schedule

What does a typical day look like at JMAcademy’s Summer Camp? From the moment our doors open, children are immersed in a dynamic, English-speaking environment where creativity meets curiosity.

Our days are structured to balance high-energy sports with focused creative projects, all leading up to our grand Showtime and Science Fair at the end of session 2.

🕒 The Daily Rhythm

Our schedule is designed to keep students engaged and inspired from morning until late afternoon.

08:30 - Welcome: Doors open at 15 rue Edgar Faure.

09:00 - Morning Discoveries: Two activity blocks separated by a short break.

12:00 - Lunch Break: A hot lunch is provided daily in the school dining hall—a time to recharge and socialise.

13:30 - Afternoon Explorations: Two more activity sessions to dive deeper into the week's theme.

17:00 - End of Day: Departure from 15 rue Edgar Faure.

Note to Parents: While lunch is provided, snacks are not. Please pack a water bottle and a small snack for your child to enjoy during our morning and afternoon breaks.

The children eat in the school lunch room, meals are cooked in the school kitchen. Daily choices include a choice of meat or fish, a vegetable and potatoes/pasta or rice, in addition a choice of raw vegetable (tomatoes ,etc.) are offered as starters and a choice of deserts is available.

If your child has allergies or dietary constraints, please let us know in the registration form and we will take them into account.

🚀 Specialised Tracks by Age Group

We tailor our activities to the developmental stages of our students, ensuring every child is both challenged and supported.

Juniors (Ages 5–7)

Focus: Creative expression and movement. Our youngest participants explore the world through Art, Theater, Music, and Sports, building confidence and language skills through play.

Campers (Ages 7–9)

Focus: Exploration and hands-on making. In addition to Art, Theater, Music, and Sports, Campers dive into the wonders of Fun Science & the Makers' Lab, where they begin to build and experiment.

Scientists (Ages 10–12)

Focus: Innovation and technology. Our oldest group focuses on the future. Their rotation includes Coding & Robotics, Fun Science, the Makers' Lab, Art, and Sports, encouraging a true "growth mindset" through complex problem-solving.

🎭 The Grand Finale

The entire camp experience builds toward the final day of the session, where we celebrate our students' hard work and ingenuity:

  • 15:00 – 16:30 - Showtime: A live performance where children take to the stage to showcase their theatrical and musical talents.

  • 16:30 – 18:00 - Science Fair: An interactive exhibition where our young innovators present their science projects and robotic creations to families.
